Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and 2026 Best VPN (the "Service Provider") regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (the "App").

By downloading or using this App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms of this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or otherwise extract the App, its related trademarks, or its code without authorization. All intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, fees, or service scope when necessary and will communicate material changes in a reasonable manner. Users are responsible for maintaining device security and account confidentiality, and jailbreaking or rooting a device is discouraged.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, including but not limited to Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of those functions is also subject to the applicable third-party terms.

The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. If the service cannot be used because of device arrears, data limits, weak signals, roaming charges, or other network conditions on the user side, the Service Provider is not responsible for the resulting interruption. If you are not the bill payer, please ensure that you have appropriate permission before using the App.

Users are responsible for their own use of the service. For example, if access fails because a device battery is depleted, the operating environment has been altered, or the local network is unstable, such events are outside our compensation scope. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install current versions when required. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate the App without prior notice; if that happens, you must stop using and delete the App.
